End Goal

Enable salespeople to quickly access key information and resources, streamlining their preparation process for virtual meetings, boosting their confidence and efficiency.

Key Design Choices
We knew users needed a place to consolidate key insights from their sales meetings, so we decided to allocate a portion of the insights page to this, along with essential contact information.
We focused on prioritizing only the most relevant contact details and events for efficiency. A dedicated tab for meeting management was implemented, along with color-coded sections to organize meetings by client for easier visualization.
We decided to introduce an AI chatbot as part of the product development phase to help salespeople consolidate and track the information they gather from client meetings.
We designed the tags with the understanding that salespeople often search for information about potential clients before sales meetings. Having insights into their background, location, and other relevant details helps break the ice.

In my own time, after the deliverable was handed, I decided to do user testing with a group of 6 random participants. I observed an 65% increase in engagement, satisfaction, and interaction through a guided user testing session that took place at my home.
